Really disappointed with my experience here. I got my nails done on Friday, and by Tuesday my pointer finger was already peeling. My thumb actually started peeling the same night as my appointment—I went back to get it fixed, and it’s already peeling again. On top of that, the pricing didn’t match what’s listed on their website. An acrylic fill-in is advertised as $30, but I was charged $45, plus another $20 just for a design. Today I came in for a regular manicure and pedicure (no polish) and was charged the full price plus an extra $8 for "soaking off" my nails. That didn't make sense to me since soaking is typically part of the service and would have been done anyway. Cindy did my nails, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. She was standoffish and rude the entire time. The manicure felt rushed and poorly done, and she never once asked if I was satisfied. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I brought my daughter and 16 friends for manicures and pedicures for her birthday. I booked in advance so they could staff enough personnel. When we arrived there were only 4 people working. Each of them had an attitude bigger than the next. My daughter walked in with nail stickers on (she’s 8yo). If I could put zero stars I would. I came here today for the first time and it will be the last. Very unhappy with my nails. The shaping is off and the paint job is awful. Nice shop though
Nico is literally the best. So easy to talk to, so nice. Best nails!
