I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 5-ish years and used to come to this salon all the time and it was my go-to place, but the service has gotten worse with every visit. During my most recent appointment, I felt rushed from the moment I walked in. I was hurried while trying to choose a nail color, and throughout the appointment several staff members made rude comments and were rough while doing my nails, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Jenny at the front desk is as rude as they come. I had not come for a while. She acted like she didn’t know me, Eve. Though I was a consistent customer for years. Either way, it’s always nice to say hello. But I guess that’s too much multitasking for her. When I payed 170 for services and tip she didn’t say thank you. Worst manners award. Hey Jenny… it’s not rocket science. Answer the phone and keep a schedule.

Do not go here! The owner will rip you off. Three of my nails were shorter than the others so I asked for tips on those three fingers. They wanted to charge me 10$ each (should only be $3-5 if that). I only got a gel manicure that ended up costing me $70+. The place does not care about loyal customers. The receptionist was also extremely rude when I simply asked about it.
