Came in for a service, they called me 30 min later to let me know about a warranty issue that needed fixing, and asked if they could do the job as they would need to keep the car overnight. They also found another warranty issue which they ordered the part for and it was all fixed first thing in the morning. Got my car back by 10am, serviced and fixed. Great explanations on the work that had been carried out by the gentleman behind the counter. Car washed and vacuumed. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
Crap service, no one is friendly apart from the one person who's not busy and who's task it is to talk to customers and she talks so fast it overruns you. car was in for warranty service and came back rattling missing screws. All over would never take a car back here
I walked in off the street to reset the service counter in my triton, they were all too happy to rectify quickly and with a smile, very happy with their service.
Best Customer Service in Gero!! I did the rounds looking for a new car, and let me tell you, Scott at Youngs was superior to anyone else i spoke with. He always got back to me in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. The after purchase follow-up and support so far has been amazing as well. Highly recommend!!
