We have purchased two Mitsubishi Tritons from Youngs Motors and had a great experience on both occasions. We also have our vehicles serviced there, and the quality of servicing has generally been of a high standard. One experience in particular stood out. This is my second time sourcing a new vehicle from Young’s and I have to say both times I have been blown away by the incredible service. Shane and Teri were such a pleasure to work with. I didn’t feel pressured at all and it was such a breeze working through everything. Their servicing and warranty is also top tier. Would highly recommend!
Wanted a Corolla Hatchback 2020 they had. Talked to Shane he set up a test drive that same day came back and organized finance with the help of teri the finance manager. Very good customer service - kind and helpful. Prioritised service when we were in need (travelling through). The manager was very helpful and also the front desk man John. I highly recommend Young Motors. They went above and beyond to find and install the part that my car needed asap. Great service. High quality. Fantastic staff.
