I like Dr. Young- he explains things clearly and in detail, doesn't keep you waiting, and has a very nice receptionist
Dr. Young was very professional. However, when my Insurance Plan notified me of a denial, I received only vague assurances that, "It would be OK". I spoke with the office associate, who stated that no denial was ever received. I requested that she call the Plan. She later informed me that the Plan had made a "clerical error" re. the denial. I called the Plan. Two persons reviewed my file. Both informed me that there was no record of any appeal or "clerical error". I have lost all confidence.
I was seeing Doctor Young on a strong recommendation of my Dentist to treat Gum Rescission. Doctor Young was very patient and spent his time explaining my situation and treatment choices and really made me feel comfortable about my treatment options and conciseness. At the time of the procedure same experience as the doctor was very dedicated and worked pretty painless and explained himself down to earth every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
