I always have a grand experience in Mazda all the Techs are amazing service techs and sales techs are great. They make you feel respected and valued. Highly recommend it! Travis Frye is amazing we have bought both vehicles we own now from him and overall wonderful cars. Love love love this place!
We had a great experience with Reed and walked out with a new car! They were super easy to work with and made sure we got what we wanted.
OK First the good… Travis was a great salesman and I would work with him again. Now the bad- finance guy messed up my plate so that the one I got sent in the mail from the DMV was wrong. I had to drive out to the DMV… spend 90 minutes in line and pay $20 to get the plates that I had already paid for when I bought the car! I let the dealership know thinking that they would at least try to make it right… Crickets. Young Mazda-do the right thing and call me and fix this and we can change this review!
