I am not angry. Just telling my story. I don't want to be rude, but this place is odd. I got an offer from another dealership for $12,000. I took my car to this dealership as well to see what they would offer me. I didn't even listen to the offer because she told me it was going to be around $5,000 when she sat down after talking with her manager. I didn't even want to hear it. I asked for my keys and left. I love the certified used car I purchased from Young Mazda, but my experience with the dealership has not been good. This was my first experience buying a certified used car and I’m not convinced it’s worth it. I had the pleasure of working with Wellyn this week in my search for a new car and he was amazing every step of the way. He was kind, knowledgeable, and paid attention to everything I wanted in a vehicle to help me find the perfect fit. He even found back up options for various price ranges. I absolutely love my new CX-30 and genuinely think this is the best possible experience someone could've had at a dealership. I highly recommend working with him if you have the chance.
The ABSOLUTE best buying experience ever. Travis, Tyler, and Garrett were AMAZING to work with. I was in and out in about 3 hours and that was because they washed the car and filled it up before I left. Best part was that Tyler had sent me all the info and my gut said "don't let this car get away". So I went prepared to buy and Tyler had picked out the best of the best for me.
