Mary was fine, I guess, but the billing for the doctor group she is part of-- North Valley Emergency Specialists LLC-- deserves zero stars. It was an emergency room situation for my toddler son. We were only in the ER for less than 2 hours. I don't feel like she did much compared to the first responders (paramedics who helped at our house and transported him to Banner T-bird). The bill for JUST Dr. Young was $696. Her Doctor group isn't contracted with my insurance, and we had no choice of Doctor in the ER. I found out they ... read more
