I am very pleased with my experiences with Dr. Young and his staff. I've always received friendly professional services. Dr. Young has done several surgeries on my foot for reoccurring diabetic foot ulcers and a bone infection, with great success. The follow up care after surgeries with Dr. Young and his staff was excellent. I feel he went above and beyond. He gave me his personal cell phone number so if I had any questions or concerns over the weekend I could call. He returned all my calls.
Dr. Young is a wonderful surgeon and his office staff are all very kind. Dr. Young performed a very successful foot surgery and alleviated the horrible pain I was experiencing. I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing an consultation, evaluation and/or surgery.
I had bunion removal surgery left foot. I had a second surgery on right foot 6 weeks ago. Excellent surgeon, and very good professional staff in the office. Very satisfied with both surgeries, follow-up was excellent and personable. Regarding one of the negative reviews, I couldn't disagree more with that review. This was without a doubt the worst doctor I've ever had. The receptionist was very snippy and incredibly difficult to deal with, especially over the phone. Mark Young is an impatient, oblivious doctor. I had been having ankle pain for a year and was going to physical therapy for 8 months before I went in. Dr. Young didn't give me the time of day, ignored what I told him, and misdiagnosed me. I had surgery done three weeks later because of a torn ligament that a better doctor took the time to see
Dr. Young is knowledgeable. He is courteous and explains procedures in a clear way that I understand. His office staff is friendly and helpful.
