I thought that renting a new home would be fantastic but what a nightmare. The owner died and Young Management took over I have had no working HVAC unit for 3 years. They even sent someone out to zip tie it?????? Now the plumbing is a problem. I’ve had no working toilets or water for 2 days. When you call for help they treat you like your inconveniencing them. No one treats you with respect or concern. They accept your money but they could care less on if anything works or not. Welcome to the South!
If negative stars were an option, I’d choose it! I rented from Young Management for a year and had a terrible experience. The apartment complex I rented in was relatively new and very safe however, management is TERRIBLE! Jo Ann is quite possibly the rudest human I have ever encountered. I went to view a rental property managed by Young Management for my boyfriend and I. I was transparent about the needs and inquired about the requirements. I loved the property that I thought would be called home. However, my boyfriend and I completed the $75/per person application, got the required documents and was advised we’d be notified within 48 hours with approval or denial. Poor management! Management lacks the basic sense of locking the apartment back after they are done with maintenance while the tenant is away. This is not a one time thing, but has happened multiple times even after the issue was brought to their attention
RUDE, Racist, and nasty attitudes! I was just looking to tour and Joanna made me feel very uncomfortable and discriminated against. DONT RENT HERE!
