We had a great experience at Young Hyundai. They were honest, friendly, and really worked with us to get a fair price on the Kona. The price matched what we saw online, and financing was straightforward with a low monthly payment. The whole process was easy and stress-free.We felt like they genuinely cared about making this right for us. I’d definitely recommend Young Hyundai if you want a fair deal and good people to work with.
This review is only about the dealer not Hyundai. Unprofessional dealer that didn't want to make a sale. Told us the have too many cars and they need to sale them but was unwilling to work on price. Vehicle was marked way above the MSRP. It was around 4k more. Told him I was looking to get around the price of the MSRP and told me that was unlikely cause we would need to pay for the freight cost. Matthew was great in helping me get the 2026 Palisade that I wanted. And so pleasant to work with! This is my 3rd vehicle from Young Hyundai in Ogden and I have been very happy with the dealership and everyone I have dealt with over the years.
I brought my car to Young Hyundai for what should have been a simple fix, my back left door wouldn’t open or close. My car ended up sitting there for two weeks. When they finally told me it was ready, I drove an hour round trip to pick it up, only to find out once I got home that the door still wasn’t fixed. When I called them back, I was told the part to fix it had never been installed in the first place, and now I have to wait several more days until they have an opening to take my car back in.
