Dishonest and unethical pricing. By law you cannot add required fees above the advertised price that are not taxes. They install LoJack on all their cars, do not advertise it on their price but charge you for it. In their own paperwork it says it is not required … because they know it’s illegal, so we asked for it to be removed. They said they can’t remove it since it’s already installed. Recently purchased a vehicle. Sales agent was great but the sales manager was very unprofessional.
This is one of the best car dealerships in Utah. We like the sales department, but we especially love the service and warranty departments post-purchase. Lily, Matt, Dylan, and Tiffany are always helpful and attentive to our concerns every time we come in. Most recently, we had a transmission issue. They took care of us completely, gave us a nice loaner while our car was repaired, processed the warranty claim, and honored our 10-year warranty with zero out-of-pocket cost.
