Avoid this place at all costs. Had a service appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning that I had scheduled two weeks in advance, and every time I called to get an update, they came up with a lie and an excuse of why they hadn’t looked at the car yet. Called at the end of the day and the technician still hadn’t looked at it. I will NEVER use this location again.

The customer service here is severely lacking. The service reps do not communicate any information about anything! Want to know when your car is going to be fixed? To bad the rep that was in charge of vehicle went on leave and nobody knows what the status is. Walk in oil change two hours. Appointment oil change two hours.
