I just leased a 2025 Ridgeline from Alex. The experience was above and beyond incredible. He was patient, positive and attentive. He walked me through the whole process step by step and answered every question I had, even 3 hours after he was scheduled to be off. Service department needs help! Help me understand why it is necessary to make an appointment! I scheduled the last appointment they had available for the day and took two hours off work to be here on time. Obviously you don’t think anyone else’s time is valuable. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here, but I cut them some slack last time and figured they had just had some challenges that day. Koby is the nicest most handsome salesman ever he helped me on my day off and got me a great deal on my new vehicle!
Ryan helped me find the car I needed and was super detail oriented. Marcus was amazing and helped me through the paperwork smoothy and he was so kind and personable. They even drove two hours to pick up a Subaru from their sister location. Definitely recommend Young Honda! Super honest and fair 😁 Luke also helped my wife get a super good deal and was super funny, personable, and patient with us.
