My wife went in for an oil change, but they tried to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services. They went ahead and did an alignment, which wasn’t needed—I keep a close eye on the tires, and there was no uneven wear whatsoever. The total came out to $242, even after applying a $50 coupon for the oil change and alignment. Absolutely ridiculous. Lesson learned: don’t go to Young unless you got money to burn.
Miles is the man! He was very knowledgeable about all cars on the lot. He was not pushy and made sure the car we were getting the car we wanted.
