I would give zero stars if I could. She did not address our concerns, ordered an EEG for our child without explaining why or what they were testing for, and she filled out inaccurate information in her 2 year old checkup without asking us (for example saying that she sleeps in a crib, wets 6+ diapers per day, etc). I assume this questions are there to rule out certain conditions and the parents should definitely be asked each question. The worst phone system! I’ve called so many times no answer and when I am moved to the call back list nobody calls! The dr should have a direct number!!!!!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Our pediatrician retired and we were passed to Dr. Mok. She is not personable at all, is very dismissive to concerns, and doesn’t appear culturally knowledgeable in her practice. She also doesn’t acknowledge when my husband speaks or tries to give input. She literally will just ignore him. Also they are always messing something up- we’ve had to redo blood tests for my toddler because the lab work was “lost” and we’ve also had to re-administer vaccines because they were deemed “invalid.”When ... read more
This Rating Is Due To The HORRIBLE Phone Service I Can Never Get To Speak With Someone The Call Hangs Up And When I FINALLY Get A Answer They Are So Rude!!!! I’m Currently Waiting For A Answer After Trying To Speak With A Rep For The Last 30 Minutes. THIS IS ALSO ALLLLLL THE TIME! Nothing more frustrating then not being about to speak with your child’s health provider!! Very much considering taking my kids else where along with the rest of my family that comes to this clinic!!!
The worst phone system. As a parent I've felt so DEHUMANIZED. your calls will be dropped, eternal wait times just to get transferred. This whole management is a disgrace. I want to switch pediatrician JUST because of the phone system of this office. I miss our former (now retired) pediatrician. So much more accessible. Felt like a human being.
