Took my car here to have a noise in the suspension fixed. They diagnosed it and charged me $$$$ to fix it. The noise returned a few days later and when I took it back to them they tried to tell me it wasn’t the same noise and wanted me to pay more money to have it fixed. I filed a dispute with American Express after they didn’t return my phone calls and they sent in an invoice with a forged signature! My name wasn’t even spelled right! Do NOT use this place for U-Haul pickup. I called twice on Thursday to confirm my reservation and ensure it was set up for self serve to pick up on Saturday. Despite that, I arrived to find they had not set aside a truck for me to pick up. I had to call the 800 number and drive 15 miles out of my way to find a truck available. Waste of time and gas.
Young Guns Auto does excellent work at a fair price. My 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona was misdiagnosed twice by another shop about my front end needing a complete rebuild. I brought my car to Young Guns Auto after waiting for several weeks for the other shop to get me in, and even though I had already spent the money for the front end parts, Young Guns found that the only part that was bad was one tie rod end!
