If I could give zero stars to Young Ford Ogden, I would. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing service experiences I’ve had with any dealership. There service department is trash, it took them over 2 hours to do a tiny rock chip repair. So ridiculous and every time I asked if it was almost done all I saw was a bunch of people just sitting around doing nothing.
