Very professional, and caring. They done a fantastic job with my moms surgery, explaining everything, every step of the way. Very nice people.
Refused to take care credit to pay for cataract surgery, but will accept care credit an elective surgery like lasik. Had surgery booked for over a month and they waited until four days before the surgery to tell me that I had to pay cash up front and they wouldn't accept care credit.
My sister had cataracts removed today and goes again next week. It takes a lot to impress her and she was IMPRESSED with the whole process from beginning to end. The staff and Dr Young were amazing. She recommends them to anyone needing it done. Even I got to watch the cataract being removed from a live video. Amazing process.
My husband had cataract surgery in both eyes. Very pleasant, professional experience both times. Would recommend them highly.
