Ordered a rack by mistake, immediately called their customer service number within 5 min. Was told to submit the request via website. Sent 3 emails requesting them to cancel the order. Emails sent < 5 min after making the mistake. I get a response that the rack was getting ready to be shipped. They acknowledged receiving the email. They know if I refuse shipment I’ll have to pay for shipping. Never again. Petty cheap way to sell your product
