Very professional and helpful
Gage is always quick and efficient. Young electric has helped us a few times and we've had a positive experience every time. Booking is easy and they even did a site visit evaluation for free. Will be using for future needs.
Working with Young Electric was a very positive experience. They were responsive and timely. Their team communicated clearly, and were competent in helping to resolve my wiring issue. The costs were very reasonable, based on comparable estimates. Highly recommended!
I had a two new fans installed. One replaced an existing light, and the other was a completely new installation, so it included drilling a hole from the attic and installing a new electric switch for the new fan and light. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess from drilling the new hole for the fixture. The technicians and office staff were all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them.
I gave them one star only because 0 stars was not an option. Very disappointing experience with Young Electric. I scheduled electrical work and paid a $505 down payment by credit card. I had to cancel the appt two weeks in advance, before any work was performed, and I was told I would receive a full refund. What followed was weeks of unanswered emails, my repeated follow-ups with multiple promises that the refund would be processed "soon" or by a certain date.
