My 86 year old mother, my brother, and I all see Dr. Young for our dental cleaning and X-rays. I moved back to Stockton in Sept 2016 and asked my brother who he recommended. He told me Dr. Young. He was our dentist back in 1980’s. I’ve been going to Dr. Young for my dental work since 2017. Mom and I saw him last month (Jan 2023).
Very Happy with my experience. I would recommend this office. On the phone to get info., Tammy was so kind & helpful. They were able to get me in the next day. The dentist was caring, gentle & Amazing. I'm so thankful I found this office. It was perfect. They do accept Denti-Cal. Accepts adults & children over 7. Thank You Dr. Edward Young - Tammy & Staff. Your kind & caring attitude helped us in our difficult time.
Dr. Young is a great dentist. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable. My 11 year old even goes to Dr. Young and tells me that she doesn't mind going because he's very gentle. The office staff are always very nice too.
Dr. Young is a great dentist. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I'm usually terrified of dentists but he was very knowledgeable and except for a pinch from the shot that's the only discomfort I experienced.
Inept office staff, discriminatory (and illegal) practices by denying dental services to people with autoimmune disorders. His office cancelled my fiance's appointment less than 24 hours before (even though we waited a MONTH) and said he felt "uncomfortable" that we were making sure Dr. Young followed state and federal law regarding cleanliness. The receptionist tried to say we asked for a "sealed room", which is totally and grossly inaccurate (and unrealistic!).
Dr. Young is awesome. He's very attentive and very good with kids.
Dr. Young pulled a molar of mine 1/18/16. He was very unprofessional & rough, calling me a baby while giving me the shot in the roof of my mouth. The gum was very infected & had been on & off for a year. I requested antibiotics. Dr. Young refused said people take too many antibiotics, just babies. 3/7/16 pus is still draining out of the hole. I called for an antibiotic prescription to be called in and was refused. Must make appt. So more money for what he should have done in the 1st place?
