Terrible Healthcare my daughter had pink eye and they didn't know
I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars! The front desk people are extremely rude and very unprofessional. It’s a miracle if you’re even able to get an appointment here. In the event you’re able to get an appointment hopefully it’s not important because they are always booked out months! This is the worst healthcare system we’ve ever had to deal with!
Here is the thing about this hospital. The staff is really nice. I have never had a rude staff member. But the system that the staff is forced to used to run this place is diabolical! If you call the hospital and ask for a department the person on the phone says they have no extensions what so ever and can only connect you to the appointment line. If they connect you to the appointment line and it asks if you want to connect to your clinic or make an appointment. They wont connect you to your clinic and at times have issues ... read more
Able to get us in promptly. Appointment was pretty much on time.
