What a joke! Super friendly and attentive service on the phone to begin with. Unfortunately, at no point was I told any prices. But apparently, there is a $25 trip fee on top of the $75 an hour or is it $75 a half hour charge -to just come look at my door. When I called to get clarification on the unitemized billing the lady initially said $75 an hour until I said your guy was here for twenty minutes. Then she restated yeah $75 for a half hour.
