We had been loyal patients at this dental office for over 15 years, and for much of that time it was a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, over the past five years the quality of both care and customer service has declined significantly. When our long-time dentist, Dr. Cu, left during the pandemic, we were not informed and were simply reassigned to Dr. Young.
