We have been patients for over 13 years and would never consider changing dentists. Our exams and cleanings are comprehensive and, most importantly, done with a gentle touch. We moved from the San Mateo County to Sonoma County many years ago and still find our experience with Drs. Chan and Mach worth the drive.

Thanksgiving is about expressing gratitude, and I am grateful for this group of dental professionals who I've been going to for 12 years. I'm always greeted with a smile from the front desk. They send reminders for appointments, and are very communicative when it comes to scheduling/rescheduling. They pick up the phone and they have a line they communicate via text messages. We had been loyal patients at this dental office for over 15 years, and for much of that time it was a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, over the past five years the quality of both care and customer service has declined significantly. When our long-time dentist, Dr. Cu, left during the pandemic, we were not informed and were simply reassigned to Dr. Young.
