We got an estimate on a roof project, gave our 50% down payment and then next day received a message that the chose not to do the project. Explanation said the "roofers" said they wouldn't do the job due to a large amount of steps on our property. Pretty bad customer service. We live Albert Lea and wanted our dollars to stay local.
