Good people very helpful. Got me all the info and background on vehicle they had.
The service department is terrible at communicating and have no problem just screwing you on the price. I told them what another shop had already diagnosed. Asked them to check and let me know the price of the def sensor. They called to tell me the silly sensor is $800 plus $180 for labor to install and $180 to hook their scanner up and tell them what I told them. They are dishonest crooks. Quickly got me the information I needed
Watched a new 2018 Jeep Trailhawk for more than two weeks and when we were seated to close the deal, they increased the price $3000 stating that the on line listed price was wrong and that they have been working to correct it "...for days". Then they brought over the 'sales manager' to work a deal. After two additional weeks since our visit this vehicle is still listed at the same price. They appear to just be using this listing to bait customers. Highly dishonest tactics and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
I indicated my interest in a vehicle and was contacted to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately the day I intended to see the vehicle of interest one of my dogs wandered off. I received an understanding text from the internet manager in which he indicated both hoping I found my pooch (which I did) and a desire to be of service in the future.
Kyle, Nanette, Mike, and Don were all helpful in making my first out of state internet vehicle purchase go well. They worked with me on some needs I had. They made a commitment for a warranty that turned out to be a challenge for them but they honored their commitment. I'd definitely buy another car from them
