The service department is terrible at communicating and have no problem just screwing you on the price. I told them what another shop had already diagnosed. Asked them to check and let me know the price of the def sensor. They called to tell me the silly sensor is $800 plus $180 for labor to install and $180 to hook their scanner up and tell them what I told them. They are dishonest crooks.
