The receptionist made a comment to my wife that she could fill out paperwork for our daughter “if I felt comfortable”. Receptionists shouldn’t be making assumptions about our family or the dynamics of it. There was no reason why my wife couldn’t have filled out the paperwork for our child. She didn’t need permission from me to do it. The staff needs training on how to talk to families in the future.
They’re all very nice
They have very good doctors. But the waiting time is very long.
