Easy to schedule service. Actual service was quick; did not have to wait. all techs were professional. No surprises.
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.6L Duramax. Decided to change the shocks myself (Front and Back). Since we have bought vehicles from Young's before, I thought that I would call the service center to get the torque specs for the nuts on the front and rear. Pretty simple request, and was told that I should google it, and they wont give that information out.
