They don't answer calls or return voicemails. I'm not going to beg week after week for service when there's hundreds of mechanics in the valley. Too busy for new customers I guess.
This place is awesome! I was out of town and needed to get back home. Some warning lights came up on my dash the day I was supposed to leave. Young brothers had great reviews and they happened to be right next to where I was staying. They fit my van right in and made it a priority. Some unexpected things came up and they stayed late and worked during their lunch break to make sure my van was done quickly and I could return home. They were all very friendly and the price was right! Thank you Young Brothers!
Very professional. They make sure the repair is done correctly. We have been patronizing them 35+ years, even though we are half way across the valley!
