We worked with Jerry Bogle at this firm to prepare our will and medical power of attorney documents. He did an excellent job, and the team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We had a great experience overall.
Went to Mr Bogle for help with transferring property after a death and he lied to me repeatedly. I chose this office because it was listed as an “ethical” practice. Jerry Bogle is NOT an ethical person.
Would not recommend at all. Blanchard wouldn't respond to calls or emails. In 18 months, he wouldn't file a child support worksheet. He seemed to be working more for opposing counsel than the person that hired him. He refused to file contempt and did nothing when my son was taken against court orders of parenting time. Now hes hitting me with a $6000 bill. He literally did nothing, but cause severe damage and allowed my son to be used a pawn.
