Routine service is not routine, apparently. My girlfriend and I dropped off her Telluride at 8AM on a Friday, for the following: 2 recalls needed attention Oil leak coming from the oil filter housing Oil change We requested a call if there were any issues, we 1PM rolls around and I had received no call. When I called them, the individual I talked to had no idea what the status was of our vehicle, and could not give me an explanation as to why I had not received any sort of update as to the status of the repairs. 5 hours afte... read more
Worst place ive ever worked for. Ken is extremely ignorant, causes scenes, sets up employees for failure and DONT PAY! I’ve been begging to get my pay with no response from anyone. They also hired two of us and trained us together, told the other girl she could be on her phone because it would get slow and boring at times. Then turned around and fired her for being on her phone. Does not surprise me they’ve went through 5 cashiers in a month. Maybe look at the management . This place is a JOKE!
Fantastic service!! They were very quick with my collision repairs, communicated thoroughly, and their prices were competitive. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Kris & Don were great to work with.
