I was previously satisfied with this agency, but their behavior completely changed once I chose to switch providers. After I signed the cancellation form for Westfield Insurance, they requested proof of my new policy to backdate the cancellation. Ashley Erickson has made everything easy whether it's understanding rates and rate changes, changing addresses on my insurance, or sending needed documentation for switching vehicles. Not only does she make it easy for me as a customer, but her response times are always fast which can be a big stress reliever in these situations. From my experience, Young and Associates has stood out greatly from other insurance companies (many of which can be a drag to deal with)
