Ashley Erickson has made everything easy whether it's understanding rates and rate changes, changing addresses on my insurance, or sending needed documentation for switching vehicles. Not only does she make it easy for me as a customer, but her response times are always fast which can be a big stress reliever in these situations. From my experience, Young and Associates has stood out greatly from other insurance companies (many of which can be a drag to deal with)
I would definitely recommend Young & Associates- working with Tracey Hendrickson has been an absolute pleasure! She has gone out of her way to answer all my questions and find me the best policies for not only business but my personal insurance as well.
