Initially they were very professional, prompt and quick. We had some concerns regarding some points of the two property evaluations we had done. Specifically they completely missed adding a 600 square foot garage into the calculations, among other things. We brought this to their attention and they did not modify their evaluation, even though they had missed a 600 SF garage. WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Where to begin. First off this company was selected for me by a third party through my lender. I was supposed to receive a phone call from "Carissa" who was selected as the person to give my appraisal. Carissa was supposed to call me to set up an appointment and then come out to give me my appraisal. Simple. Key word here is "supposed!"
