With everything going on right now in real estate, we thought it would be very difficult to get an appraisal quickly. However, Young Appraisal services was willing to come to our home because they were going to be very close by already the same day we called to inquire! Very professional and received completed appraisal within 5 days!

Alan came to our home, rushed through the appraisal in less than 20min. and appraised our home for less than the average of all of the comps he compared us to. There is even one part in the appraisal that says our home was most comparable to the first home listed and the first home listed was 52k more than what he appraised ours for. We have a completely renovated home from top to bottom unlike 3 of the comparable homes as well as a much bigger lot size.
