Young & Sons has been servicing our HVAC for 20 years and is always prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Our AC recently went out on the hottest day in a while. Rich returned my call in less than 10 minutes, was out in no time, and fixed it!
The man came to fix the ac, changed a part and said the guy before him didn't know what he was doing( he was the person who serviced it last.) After he left the ac froze solid and started leaking all over the basement. He was rude to my eldery mother and honestly, not at all good at his profession. I would leave 0 stars if it were an option.

The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They installed new furnaces for our home as part of our inspection report on our new home purchase. After we encountered some issues 2 months after moving in, I attempted to have them back over to look over some things & get an idea of what was going on. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The same person (Alex, who owns an air duct cleaning service) leaves two different five star reviews and someone (Jane) with the same last name as the company name leaving a five star review? Nothing fishy about that (eye roll). This place does not honor their own warranty. I had to call another company out to come fix all the mistakes that Young and Sons made. Better believe that I'll be recouping my money spent on the better company when I see Young and Sons in court.
