Lived here for 1.5 years and was super pleased with the responsiveness and flexibility of Armando and everyone with Younan Apartments. Move in and move out was very smooth. Armando is great and always quick to respond and address any issues that might come up (usually resolved within 24 hours). Units are affordable and well-located to be able to enjoy everything Chicago has to offer. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to live! Younan Apartments is such a peaceful and comfortable place to live. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything — you can walk to plenty of great restaurants, and transportation is super convenient. The people here are friendly, and management really takes care of their residents. It’s well-maintained, safe, and has a great community feel. Whether you stay for a year or longer, you’ll definitely fall in love with the area and with Chicago. Highly recommend!
