I’ve lived here for over a year, and Armando is the best property manager I’ve ever had! Was there same day or next day when I had any issues.
Lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. They were always super responsive with any questions or requests I had. The “basement” apartment I lived in had great high ceilings and awesome sunlight.

I lived with Younan apartments for almost 3 years and they were amazing. Any maintenance issue was always solved within 24 hours and sometimes in even less time which was really refreshing after living in most other places that would forget or take forever. The landlord and apartment manager are both really great and understanding people that made living there a great experience. The grounds and public walkways were always maintained.
