We had a broken sewer line and obviously needed it repaired ASAP. Even though Youmans was the third company we contacted, Silas was first to get us a quote for the work. As a matter of fact, we received the other two estimates the same day the Youmans crew completed the job! They immediately identified the cause as a utility boring through our line when running a new service. Hit our sewer line when excavating a trench for a new water main. When the damage was found 3 months later (due to sewer blockage). They refused to pay for the emergency repairs that we had to have done due to a sewer back up. They did take a look at another pipe that they thought they might have hit (hence 2-stars and not one), but that didnt fully make up for us paying out of pocket to repair their mistake. Didn't even get a verbal apology.
