Even though we gave the required 30 day notice as indicated by Noah at the front desk, our account was never cancelled and we continue to be billed even though we don't even live in Florida. We were never given any paperwork to cancel the account just a verbal that it would be taken care of. Confirmed the account was cancelled with two other staff members, same answer that it would be taken care of.
