Great classes. T.v.'s on treadmills need to be fixed.
The Front Desk is Very Helpful. Trainers are Knowledgeable
Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff plus the super clean environment make my trips to the gym both rewarding and enjoyable. I've been there every day of the week and at various times of day, and always have a very positive experience...even when I'm tired, stressed, and crabby going in the door from my day. Highly recommend working with the trainers- they know their stuff and provide the right encouragement to be healthy and strong...and to use proper form so you don't injure yourself, or give up.
Very friendly and helpful the atmosphere is really nice I feel comfortable
