When are you planning on opening back up so I can cancel my membership? How many more months will I be charged for a gym that I can’t even go to ?
Go bankrupt please your business model is horrible and your charging customers for closed gyms and completely unresponsive to contact
I don't have a problem with the facilities. Their cancellation policy is obnoxious. You can't just call in and cancel. They throw hurdles in front of you by saying you either have to come in and sign a form or send them a certified letter. Plus a $10 cancellation fee. I'm sure their excuse is they are "interested in your security and do not want your membership to be maliciously canceled".
My trainer Janzen is the best. The equipment is in good condition the gym is clean . The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recomend Youfit.
This gym is very clean. The class instructors are all great. The equipment is in excellent condition with professional assistance when neede.
Love the classes especially Zumba and body sculpting ♥️♥️ enjoy the instructors...they inspire me to keep trying 🥰

u fit is a great club & our zumba class instructor is great & after class you can go.in.back & get on massage bed & you will love the gym & its friendly people!! I highly recommend joining u fit & especially Esther's zumba class!! see you there!!
