Love yoyfit. Nice place to go get your workout in
Very disappointed that I palnned a session with a trainor, confirmed the session, arrived early, checked in and my supposed trainor left without helping me. This scheduled time was important me. I am not just a "number". No mangement available! Maybe American Fitness will be my next stop. I just don't klnow yet,
It is a nice gym with friendly employees on the surface. The low price is attractive, but when my husband went for his initial evaluation he ended up signing a contract for what he thought was a month of training sessions. When the second month bill came around, we found out about the 3 month requirement. All we got was a cold, arrogant "You signed a contract." Just beware! I absolutely love this particular location for many reasons. First is that they are very welcoming and remember key things about you unlike other fitness centers that we have belonged to before. When we first joined we were given a great tour and a great evaluation on how we should proceed to get to our goals. Their pricing is average if not lower than other competitors for their training and their trainers that I have met listen to you very well. If you are looking for a relaxed place to workout that is well equipped and we'll maintained, then this is it. Haven't had a problem with any of the staff or rude gym members. Great price and value - I've been a member at 3 other gyms in the Richmond area over the past 6 years and I would choose this one over any of them.
BEWARE: Cheap joining rates, but very aggressive on selling training packages. Includes bogus charge for "planning training" of $100. Refuse to provide pricing/description in writing prior to sale. Worst of all, buries the minimum purchase of 3 months. Everything is in fine print on a receipt and worst of all the employees seem to be clueless about what they are selling. I love this location! Most of the workers are above and beyond friendly! Zack at the front desk is always great to see! He is always so nice and cheerful!!
I have had no issues at this location. Everyone seems to be very helpful and polite.
I would never join this place they treat you like your nobody!! especially the one on courthouse rd
