There are a bunch of people that have been waiting outside since 5:30 this morning. Did your hours change?!?
Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Never recommending this club to any of my customers and/or friends. The general manager needs to take classes on how to properly BE a manager. Not to mention how to handle customer complaints instead of facing the opposite direction and ignoring the issue at hand.. Thanks.
I joined last month , I love it , the staff is great, no waiting for equipment, very clean! I'm really loving the Zumba classes!☺
I LOVE THIS GYM!!!! I was a member at the Youfit on Fowler and that is a great location as well, but the Carrollwood gym has a more conducive layout especially for the stretch area and the locker-rooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly and right now it's a little slow so there aren't many people in there! CANNOT WAIT for the group classes next week! :)
