They lie all the time to people and when they say something on the phone they don’t keep their word at all pissed me off, regardless of anything if you don’t disclose to customers what they sign and you say to the customer you wont be charged you shouldn’t charge people especially during Covid which Youfit has only been recently opened again so how is it that in just a few months you charged me so much ridiculous

I don't like the fact that you guys still charging the monthly membership when the gym is close.
Worst customer service ever, I have been trying for over a week to freeze my account so I’m not billed during a time they are closed. No response on any messages left.
