Friendly staff. Clean environment. This place is all about encouragement. From the life long body builders, to the joe that hits the gym once a month. YouFit makes all feel welcome. Thanks for putting one in Arvada!
If you like free weights or machines its great! the locker rooms are are always clean, and the staff is very friendly. If you like classes like my wife does they need to get it together. They only offer yoga, and they have been telling us for 2 months that in 2 more weeks they will be adding zumba and other classes. So my wife will be dropping her membership.

I was drawn to Youfit because of the price and the fact that they will be offering classes. I have gotten so much more. It all starts when you go in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They don't make you feel out of place because you're not a size 0 or because you can't do deadlifts. They welcome you no matter what, and treat you like they've known you forever. The staff there are so sweet!!! They take the time to get to know you as a person, so they can encourage you personally.
I was just going to the Sports Authority next door and noticed YouFit. I thought I would just go in and take a look. The people were so friendly and knowledgeable about the facility that I decided to join. I haven't let go of my old gym yet, but that day is coming very soon. I will miss them, but I see better days ahead at YouFit. Looking forward to the next level training.
