RecommendedGreat group classes !! mainly Zumba and strong classes with Luz Garnica and Valerie.. the gym´s atmosphere is very friendly also the place is clean and the fees are affordable.

I am impressed with this health club. It is nice and clean with friendly staff plus people There are a variety of machines to choose from. The only thing that this club doesn't offer is a pool and more scheduled exercise classes throughout the day. This is the only negative thing I can say about Ufit. Other than that, it is close to home and I feel wonderful after I leave. Just getting myself motivated to go is my biggest challenge especially in this Texas heat!
