Terrible experience. I asked for a removal of my acrylic nails and a new set. They don’t care about the health of your nails. Ripping off arcrylic nails instead of soaking them off is so bad for your nails. My nail tech, Ryan, ripped off the acrylics and it was so painful. My finger started bleeding. He didn’t notice and I had to stop him from continuing. I asked him to soak the remaining nails off. He kept putting this liquid on my bleeding nail and it burned so bad. I’ve been getting my nails done by John for years and he has never let me down! He can do a multitude of designs and my shape is always perfect. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. Update 7/19: I had to add my new set. Has to be my favorite summer set! 🍊🍊
I went back and fourth if I should leave this review but decided as a nurse I need to. I ended up getting a bad infection within days of getting my pedicure. I felt her cut something during pedicure but didn’t think I would end up in the ER over it. Unfortunately I had to get my toe drained and antibiotics. If I was older or diabetic it could be a lot worse. Your techs need to be making sure every tool is sterilized and if they cause a wound they need to place alcohol on it immediately. $60 pedicure turned into a nice co pay... read more
I wish I could give less stars. We went here for a friend's birthday. The lady I got was new. She started by using the Dremel to take off my toe nail polish. That was strange and it didn't feel good. Then she made a cut into the sides of my big toenail and tore the hangnail she created down the side of my nail with sheer force. I yelled and told her to stop but she continued on the other side. Ryan was wonderful,friendly and overall so happy service. he took his time and made me feel comfortable and confident with my new beautiful nails. Danielle had great customer service, she instantly had a great response. My retention of my old set from a different salon was hurting me and making me feel pain from the nail being so short. Thank you You Need Nail Spa. I can’t wait til my 2 week fill with wonderful handsome Ryan! My favorite nail tech ever!!!
