I would STEER clear of this company!!! Much like recent 1 star reviews we had been quoted 2 trucks and 4-5 movers, 2 guys and 1 truck showed up. Took 2 trips to move all our things, we had to help move things to keep it from being a 12+ hour day. Bed headboard was broken in the process. They ended up just throwing everything in our garage at the new place instead of up the stairs to the rooms they belonged in. Quan, David, and Jay were all awesome and got the job done very well. They were all super friendly and funny at that. There were a few issues I had though but not with them specifically. First, I originally had scheduled the move for 8am-9am arrival, but a truck was having issues so they rescheduled to 12pm-2pm arrival. No big deal it happens. Really disappointed in the moving communication and process. I booked my move almost two months ago gave them all the information they needed. They never responded to my texts or emails even though the women told me to text her the updated address. I had to call multiple times to get someone. Then the day before the move (yesterday) they call me to see if I can do it another day just pissed me off. Today they show up with two small of a truck so one of the guys has to go back to the shop to get another one. The movers that a... read more
Really appreciated my great moving crew yesterday! They were very patient with a challenging parking situation in downtown Denver, came prepared with all the supplies I needed, and managed everything smoothly from start to finish. I look forward to using them again in the future!
I would not recommend this company at all. The scheduling agent was very nice, but turned out to be false advertisement. The movers were very nice people, but not very good movers. Kind people… wrong field of work. Steer clear if you want a smooth professional moving experience. Reasons not to use this company: - They arrived 45 minutes late - We paid for 3 men, but only 2 men arrived - One of the men brought their girlfriend who was very kind, but spent a lot of time sitting on the floor playing with our dog instead of help... read more
