AMAZING. I don't know what all these other reviews are about.. It's busy, because they're such a great place! A person who walked in probably got to do their nails first, because there was a technician open. You have to wait for the person that you WANT. The service here is great! They're personable and make me feel like they actually care about my needs and what I like. I usually get a no chip for my hands and just a normal pedicure! Absolutely horrible. They only have about 4 people working there, which is not enough to accommodate the amount of clients. I went in one day and the wait was an hour, so I said I would come back a couple days later and made an apointment, understandable. My appointment was at 4pm, I arrived 15 minutes early to pick my color, etc. They told to have a seat at the chair, I WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES AND THEY STARTED TO TAKE A CLIENT WHO JUST WALKED. they hurry and put you in a chair for the pedicure, but you sit there 30 min and wait because they are busy. i would rather have been told it would be 30 min and let me decide if i wanted to wait or come back.
