Very disappointed by the bedside manner of Dr Tan. Today I went in for my appointment to replace a wire behind my teeth that one of his colleagues had removed a week earlier. Literally upon arrival he asked why I hadn’t gone to my orthodontist (who i haven’t seen in 25 years). I advised that i had come to this clinic two years ago to replace these same wires so i am returning back here. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for your kindness and excellent service. My son had his braces done at another orthodontic clinic, but one of the wires started poking his cheek and causing discomfort.
