Tried to surprise my wife with making an appointment for a cut and dye. Appoinment was with CINDY and was A COMPLETE WASTE OF OUR TIME! Made the appointment for 1030am saturday specifically for a haircut and dye. Showed up 10 mins earlier to find someone already sitting in the chair with Cindy, just freshly started. She asked if my wife had an appointment and was told yes at 1030 with Cindy for a cut and dye. Cindy took me as a walk-in. Sje was flexible, gave me a grear haircut, and I was in and out in less than half hour
I have curly 3b/3c hair and it’s hard to find a salon that won’t charge an arm and a leg to cut it. I asked for layers and to keep the length of my hair and that’s exactly what my hair dresser gave me. Alexandra was very kind and understanding of what I wanted.
