Buyer beware. Do not buy from these builders. Especially, the townhouses they are building near Mapledale Country Club in Dover, DE. Their work is builder’s grade, shoddy, and the end-unit I purchased was extremely over priced. This is an extremely deceitful company. The owner, Mr. Sandup, in my opinion, does not have an emphatic or sincere bone in his body. I feel violated and oppressed by this man and his company.
