At this point I could become a nail salon reviewer :)) I feel like I have pretty much tried all of them in Encino/Tarzana. You got Naild has had a lot of ownership changes in the past few years for sure. The new owner Alexa Diane is young and has a very positive attitude, plus she really goes above and beyond in terms of customer service to make sure clients are happy. What an awesome place! Betty does a fantastic job with nails. Revi does amazing waxing & other incredible services. Everyone is super nice. I drive far to get here to receive such needed care.

I visited a couple of years ago and recently came by to do a Gel x and Gel Pedicure. Teara and Kayla were absolutely amazing! Definitely the best prices in the area! I will definitely be stopping by again! The staff here is super sweet and amazing!

The manicurist cut my toenails, but never filed them. I got blisters on my toes from them rubbing on the broken cut nails. I asked for them to cut them short and that was not accomplished. I won’t go back.
