I was here once & they did a great Job. It was the girl who sits in 2nd seat behind the counter. Everytime I've been back they give me someone else. I don't really mind that since I thought they should all be able to do this job. We'll was I wrong, atleast in this shop. This place is ridiculous. Instead of doing the pink & white like i asked, Kim talked me into getting it painted on with gel. I hated it. The painting was all messed up. Then charged me extra for the gel polish. Smh. disgusting. rude staff. my kids got gel x done there and it looked horrendous the staff were trying to start arguments with me. imo if you don’t want to be polite why choose the customer service business!?!?!? IF I COULD 0 STARS I WOULD.
Incredibly disappointing experience for my grad nails To start, the simple design I asked for (a gold line underneath the french tip) added an extra $15 to the price of gel x nails. The woman was painfully pushing back my nail beds after I told her to it hurt. She did not clean my nails before applying the gel x nails and it can be seen on in the final product. I sent my girlfriend and her mother money to get a manicure and pedicure at You Got Nail but unfortunately, their experience was disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed rushed throughout the visit, making them feel unwelcome. They thought about leaving multiple times throughout the visit. Just three days later, my fiancée’s nails already looked worn down—far from the quality you’d expect.
