I'm enjoying my membership. I've only been working out since early October, but I'm already seeing noticeable results (and so have my friends and family!). See my pic? That's me as of Christmas 2013 -- 30 lbs. lighter, fitter, and leaner than I was just this past summer. Not bad for a 52-year-old man with a heart condition and Type 2 diabetes, eh? :) It CAN be done, folks!
