Hi today was my first appointment with Jennifer and we definitely got off to a rocky start, all on me lol She was not what I expect ,she was very professional and cared about what I said which was rare today . And she and her staff definitely get my 5 star review. She is doing my primary care as well for myself and my company later as well.I was an ass at first and glad I met with her. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, and the office was clean and well-organized. I felt completely cared for and listened to during my appointment at You First Health & Wellness. Scheduling was simple, I barely had to wait, and the office was super clean and comfortable. Casey and Jennifer, APRN were friendly, respectful, and took the time to give thorough explanations about my weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, and IV vitamin hydration treatments.
This place is a rip off. They continue collecting your money while they don't check in with you. Jennifer is extremely rude when you have questions about the doses your supposed to take. Also, it takes days to get an answer from them. Do NOT use this place. It was the worst first experience for me using weight loss medication. Plus, they charge 275 a month for semiglutide....which is way over priced. I finally found a professional place that charges 99 a month for the same medication.
